Just Breathe...

These phrases have been very important to help ground during some of the most challenging of times. And the recent weeks have certainly introduced a new kind of challenging.
So as we all try to figure out what steps to take next in order to care for ourselves, our loved ones, our livelihoods, and the well-being of all souls... remember to cherish THIS breath...THIS smile...and JUST THIS moment. It is HERE NOW that we can notice that while these are challenging times, there is no shortage of wonders and amazing things happening as we rise to the challenges together.
