If you answered "yes" to any (or all!) of the above, you must join Dr. Sauers on October 19th at The Nature Inn at Bald Eagle for Endless Mountains Retreats’ inaugural mindfulness workshop! 

This day-long workshop will focus on introducing the core principles and practices of mindfulness in four cohesive sessions that include a blend of didactic and experiential teaching.  In addition to being surrounded by the natural beauty of Bald Eagle State Park (https://www.natureinnatbaldeagle.com/), you will leave this workshop with the necessary resources, and a solid plan, to begin or deepen YOUR unique mindfulness practice. 

Each ticket includes the following: 

Kick-Off call on Zoom (a video-conferencing platform) approximately a week before the workshop (likely a weekday evening): this will focus on helping you get ready to get the most out of the workshop. 

4 Workshop Sessions - didactic and experiential teaching (including mindful walking in the park, weather permitting).

Resource and Information Booklet - corresponds with the content of the workshop. 

3 Meals & Snack - Continental breakfast, lunch, snack, and casual cook-out in the early evening to leave you optimally nourished in all ways. :)  

Follow-Up/Integration call on Zoom approximately two weeks after the workshop (likely a weekday evening): this will focus on checking in with each other and trouble-shooting challenges to integrating practices into daily life. 

This workshop is appropriate for individuals with a range of mindfulness and/or meditation experience!  So sign up if...
