Welcome to Endless Mountains
Mindfulness Retreats!

We are so glad you have stopped by and we are excited to provide information about our transformative workshops and retreats.

You may be wondering, what is mindfulness?

Mindfulness is purposeful awareness of the present moment

through a non-judgmental and curious lens.

While we are often “mindful” of many things on a day-to-day basis (e.g., all of our inboxes; scheduled events; when the next season of our favorite reality TV show will air…oh, it’s just us?), honesty with ourselves would likely illuminate that we are really most often on auto-pilot. This is because we tend to couple our daily activities with a lot of thinking about the past and worrying about the future. If our attention happens to be directed to the present-moment, it is not uncommon for that attention to be couched in judgment (i.e., “I hate/love this weather” or “This food is delicious/disgusting”). And…of course this is what we do! We developed higher-level thinking for a reason (i.e., to adapt) and there are so many demands for our attention that we need to manage. The challenge is that we are often missing the present - we become quickly frazzled and, over time, we lose connection with our deepest selves and others.

The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments.

- Thich Nhat hanh

You may be thinking, “How can mindfulness help?” Well, the number of research studies identifying the benefits of a mindfulness practice continue to mount. In short - mindfulness practices have been linked to significant reductions in stress, worry, and rumination; increases in cognitive flexibility and ability to regulate emotions; improved working memory and focus; and improved immune functioning. I mean, who doesn’t want those benefits?!

At Endless Mountains Retreats, our mission is to provide comprehensive mindfulness workshops and retreats for wellness journeyers to 1) foster inner peace, 2) learn to cultivate joy and gratitude, and 3) deepen authentic connection with themselves and others.

We offer in-person and virtual half-day and day-long workshops/retreats to introduce folks to mindfulness principles and practices, as well as to help others who have a mindfulness practice deepen their practices. We are also excited to share about our in-person multi-day retreats for those who have an existing mindfulness practice and want to work on increasing self-compassion.

We cannot wait to see you at an upcoming event and we look forward to helping you begin or continue your wellness journey through mindfulness practices.

We welcome and encourage questions and inquiries - we love when folks practice their mindful curiosity! To reach us, please fill out the Contact Form below or send an email to info@endlessmountainsretreats.com
